Forever Odd

Now that I have had a two week holiday, between finals ending and work beginning, I also decided that I would like to start my first (of many?) project for the summer.  Sometimes, I think that I should have started this project while I was off for those two weeks and had a lot more spare time on my hands, however, I got into reading novel after novel.  The excitement had built up so much that I have now got SOS in to the design phase.

I have a pretty clear idea of what I would like to do, conceptually in my mind, and it is just a matter of putting my plan into action.  I am going to be building it as a Java application.  Just to clarify, I am not on any stringent schedule or time line and am just going to work on this project at my own pace.
